On December 8th, 2023, over 1,100 union workers at DHL’s air cargo hub at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport staged a walkout, disrupting one of DHL’s major logistics facilities during the busy shipping season of Christmas. 5) A proposed FRA rule to prevent Chinese rail cars from entering the US freight network has gained support

The Federal Railroad Administration’s (FRA) proposed regulation to prohibit Chinese-made freight rail cars from entering the US freight rail network has been approved by trade groups including the Rail Security Alliance (RSA) and the Railway Supply Institute (RSI).
